If you know your history...
The Grand Prix League started in 1996 comprising just a handful of work colleagues.  Borrowing ideas from a fantasy game in the Sunday Times it has remained largely unaltered throughout its twelve seasons. Despite moving-on to pastures new, the League continued as I introduced 'Ace Drivers' to make selection more considered and Pit Stops to allow players to swap drivers mid-season.  It remains a social competition amongst colleagues, family and invited friends of both.

"Only a few more laps to go and then the action will begin, unless this is the action, which it is!"

The Grand Prix League 2008
In no way associated with the competition of a similar name run by McLaren F1.  And in light of my run-in with Bernie's Bully Boys, perhaps I will continue to emphasise this website is in no way connected to or endorsed by the FOA, the FOM, FOCA, FIA, AA, RAC, BSM or any other such acronymical organization.

Summer is here and the hectic European leg of the F1 season makes it's next stop at Monte Carlo, with its glamorous yet improbable location and impeachable history.

Meanwhile, in the GPL we are starting to get the first of our scheduled Pit Stops but remember, you can always make Pit Stops earlier than you intended should you sense an early sign of weakness with your Team...

Thank you to the majority of you who have paid, but for you naughty defaulters, please get your wallets out, the GPL is not a charity...
