The FIA Formula 1 Calendar 2010
Here we are then, a bumper nineteen-race season in prospect for 2010. The season opens in the desert of Bahrain at the newly extended Sakhir circuit, the first of four "fly-away" races before the return to Europe in early May. The Canadian GP makes a welcome return to punctuate the 'European season' in mid-June. A refurbished Silverstone proudly takes it's traditional place in July on the same day as the World Cup Final. After Monza in September, the season concludes with five more "fly-away" races, including a new circuit in Korea. As in 2009, the season concludes in Abu Dhabi although some what later than we've been used to in recent years.
