GPL2010 Entry Form
Here we go then another season about to start! For those of you I unforgivably failed to e-mail, those of you away from your usual e-mail accounts here is the link to the Entry Form. If you have any difficulty downloading with the file, please do contact me.
The Entry Form is in MS Word and about 320kb. I'd recommend you right click on the link and "Save target as..." to quickly download it to your computer so you can complete it at your leisure and keep it for future reference. If you have any difficulty downloading, viewing or understanding it, please do contact me.
The closing date for entries is midday on 13th March, but really the sooner the better.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNDER UK GAMBLING LAWS I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT UNSOLICTED ENTRIES FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
However, existing League members please feel free to forward the Entry Form to your friends and family; I will consider admitting them to the League at your personal invitation or recommendation. I should emphasise that I also can not accept Entry Forms from minors without the express consent of their parents/guardians.
