Only Players' names are displayed on the Website and by accepting the Rules of the GPL I will assume that you consent to such publication. Any other personal information you submit will not be shared with third parties except with your prior consent or where required by law. Your email address will not be used for unsolicited email or commercial purposes and will only be communicated with in connection with the running of The Grand Prix League. However, in such emails, you should be aware that your email address might be visible to other Players. No email address or other contact details are stored on the GPL Website and so remain inaccessible to email harvesters and robots. I use up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software to keep personal data secure and to protect against loss and unauthorised disclosure. However, the GPL website is hosted by my ISP and therefore I have no influence on the security of its servers or the reliability and availability of the website.

When you visit the homepage of this website the visit counter (by gostats.com) places a small text file on your computer. This records only technical information about your computer settings (which assist me when formating the website) and can be removed by routine maintenance.

As such, although Entry Forms are available in the public domain, they may only be accepted from those personally invited by The Organiser or from their friends and families that they introduce. Entrants under the age of sixteen will be accepted only with the express consent of a parent/guardian and at my discretion.
